Welcome to the AWU Shows & Events Archive
AWU’s musical journey has taken him beyond recording studios and music releases into a wide range of shows, concerts, festivals, entertainment events, cultural gatherings, industry occasions and special appearances. Throughout his career, AWU Acapero, also known as AWU Sing Song, has been part of events that have brought him together with audiences, fellow artists, promoters, brands and different communities in Cameroon and beyond.
Each event represents another chapter in his development as an artist and provides a glimpse into the different environments in which his music, personality and creative identity have connected with people. The AWU Shows & Events Archive has been created to bring these moments together and provide fans and visitors with a dedicated place to discover the events that have formed part of AWU’s career.

A New Home for AWU’s Shows and Events
For years, information and visual memories from AWU’s shows and events have appeared across different social media platforms, event promotions, media publications, posters, photographs, videos and other online sources. While these individual records have helped document his journey, there was previously no central archive where fans could easily explore the different events associated with AWU in one place.
This new section provides that missing destination by bringing together selected events and the memories connected to them, making it easier for visitors to discover where AWU has appeared, participated, performed or connected with audiences throughout his career. Rather than allowing these moments to remain scattered across the internet, the archive creates an organized and growing record that can be revisited by fans, media professionals and anyone interested in AWU’s musical journey.
Celebrating the Events Behind the Music
An artist’s career is shaped not only by the songs they release but also by the events and experiences that surround those songs. Concerts, festivals, cultural celebrations, entertainment shows, music launches, promotional events and special appearances create opportunities for artists to meet audiences and build lasting relationships with their supporters.
AWU’s involvement in different events has provided opportunities for his music to reach new audiences while placing him alongside other artists, creatives, organizers and industry stakeholders. From appearances connected to his individual releases to major entertainment platforms involving multiple artists, every event contributes to the larger story of AWU’s career and provides context for the growth of his presence within Cameroon’s music and entertainment landscape.
Preserving the Story Behind Every Event
Every event has its own story. There is the location, the organizers, the audience, the artists involved, the atmosphere and the reason people came together in the first place. Once an event is over, however, much of that experience can quickly become difficult to find, particularly when its records exist only through temporary social media posts or promotional materials.
The AWU Shows & Events Archive helps preserve these stories by documenting selected events and the memories associated with them through photographs, videos, event information and other available materials. In doing so, the archive becomes more than a calendar of appearances; it becomes a visual and historical record of the environments, occasions and experiences that have contributed to AWU’s career.
Why the Shows & Events Archive Matters
The creation of this archive is important because an artist’s history cannot be fully understood through music releases alone. The events surrounding those releases often provide the context in which audiences discovered songs, artists collaborated, careers developed and important memories were created. By documenting AWU’s shows and events in one official location, the archive gives these experiences a permanent digital home while making them easier for fans and industry professionals to discover.
For AWU, it becomes another important part of his professional portfolio and digital history; for fans, it provides a convenient way to explore the occasions that have been part of his journey; and for the wider music community, it creates a growing reference point for understanding the events and platforms that have contributed to the development of his career.
The Archive Continues to Grow
AWU’s shows and events story is far from complete. As his career continues to develop, new concerts, festivals, appearances, collaborations, cultural events and industry engagements will create new chapters that can be added to this collection.
At the same time, previously undocumented photographs, posters, videos and event memories can continue to be recovered and added to the archive, helping to fill gaps in the historical record. The goal is to create a continuously developing resource that preserves both the major milestones and the smaller moments that together tell the story of AWU’s journey through the African music and entertainment industry.
